This privacy policy covers personal data processed by Frame Technologies Inc. (“Frame”, “we”) when you visit our public website, request a sandbox account, or engage with our team. It does not cover settlement data processed by our customers through the Frame platform — the customer is the controller of that data.

• Information you give us: name, work email, role, company, when you fill out a contact form or request a demo.
• Information your browser sends: IP address, user agent, referrer, pages visited — collected by our analytics provider.
• Cookies: a minimal set used for session continuity and aggregate analytics. See our cookies notice.

What we use it for

• Responding to enquiries and qualifying prospective customers.
• Operating and improving the public website.
• Marketing communications — only to people who have explicitly opted in.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers (analytics, email, CRM) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
