Scope

These terms govern your use of frame.xyz and the Frame developer sandbox. Production access to the Frame platform is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement signed between Frame Technologies Inc. and the customer institution.

Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security controls.
• Don’t use the sandbox to attack other systems or third parties.
• Don’t scrape, mirror, or republish proprietary documentation without written permission.

Information accuracy

Information on this site is provided in good faith for informational purposes. Nothing here constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. The Frame platform’s authoritative behaviour is defined by its API, its Master Services Agreement, and the audit record on SecLog — not by anything on this marketing site.

Intellectual property

The Frame brand, logos, illustrations, and documentation are the property of Frame Technologies Inc. They may not be used without written permission except as needed for fair use (e.g., a customer referring to Frame as their settlement provider in their own documentation).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frame Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the developer sandbox.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Production agreements may select a different forum.
